Noam Spinowitz, MD, is an Interventional Nephrologist at NY Endovascular. Dr. Spinowitz earned his medical degree from Albert Einstein College of Medicine and completed his residency in internal medicine at Montefiore Medical Center. He specializes in the maintenance and management of vascular accesses for dialysis patients at our vascular center in Harlem, NY.
