My experience there was wonderful. I was treated with the compassion of people that knew if I was there I was going through a difficult time. The nurses were sweet and polite in everything they asked of me. The doctor took the time to sit with me and drew a diagram of the entire procedure so that I would understand. During the actual procedure, everyone in the room was comforting, reassuring, and confident. Despite it being the end of the day I never for a moment felt rushed. I would 10/10 recommend this practice.
Very satisfied. I will recommend Dr. Spinowitz and all his staff to all my contacts very happy.
Being in the medical field myself, I am frequently skeptical of office-based surgery places in Queens. I was very pleasantly surprised. The facility was clean, efficient, and well run. The staff was courteous and exuding positive energy. The physician’s explanation was excellent. The nursing staff was able to help my elderly relative alleviate his anxiety by friendly banter. Overall, highly recommend them.
