Raymond Figueroa is a highly accomplished senior healthcare executive with in-depth experience in all facets of healthcare administration. He brings the credentials of a clinical provider, Chief Executive Officer, and entrepreneur to a field that is facing unprecedented challenges. With more than 20 years working as a healthcare CEO, he has repeatedly built healthcare organizations that provide high quality patient care, while delivering high rates of return to physicians, private equity firms, and investors.
In 2001, Mr. Figueroa founded and launched American Access Care to provide viable, cost-effective alternatives to costly inpatient surgical procedures. The company operated 45 freestanding interventional radiology centers in 12 states. Providing these services in an outpatient setting has not only saved more than $1B in Medicare funds, but has also enhanced the quality of care of ESRD patients.
Mr. Figueroa earned his Bachelor’s degree in Advance Science and Technology from Thomas Edison State College. In addition, he gained critical clinical skills from the Clinical Nuclear Medicine Technologist program at the Naval School of Health Science.
