Scoring:

  • For each “a” response, assign 0 points.
  • For each “b” response, assign 1 point.
  • For each “c” response, assign 2 points.

Results:

  • 0-4 points: Low risk of PAD.
  • 5-10 points: Moderate risk of PAD. Talk to your doctor for further evaluation and about lifestyle changes, such as maintaining a healthy weight, eating a balanced diet, and exercising regularly.
  • 11-16 points: High risk of PAD. Schedule an appointment with American Endovascular to discuss your risk factors and get screened for PAD. Early diagnosis and treatment can help prevent complications.
